FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER “JDB/FAM

Description:

The Finance/Accounting manager is primarily responsible for providing financial and tax supports for the Company, by reviewing/reporting statutory/tax and management reports in a timely and accurate manner and managing cash flows while ensuring compliance with TokoBagus reporting procedures and all legislative requirements in the reporting country.

Reports to:

Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate and timely monthly financial statements and analysis according to generally accounting principles and TokoBagus process and procedures.
  • Manage the company’s cash flows by checking daily cash balance, evaluating weekly payment schedule and all cash flows related reports, such as monthly cash flows projections.
  • To prepare/review the company’s invoices/tax invoices before they are sent to the clients.
  • Responsible for ensuring all aspects of revenue recognition are addressed at the time of monthly revenue reporting (including compliance to SAB 101 requirements and ensuring that revenue cut-offs are properly performed)
  • To ensure that Inter-Company transactions are recorded properly and all related documents are issued/ received for tax purposes.
  • To review all necessary reports and schedule for statutory/ tax reporting.
  • To review vendors’ invoices and their supporting documents before processing for payments.
  • To review Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable schedule on a monthly basis and do the necessary actions/ follow up to improve balance scorecard.
  • Make employees aware of the existing company’s policies and procedures, respect and implement those policies and procedures.
  • Involve in budgeting and forecasting cycle.
  • To highlight to Management any lapses and violations to the internal control, polices and procedures.
  • To monitor physical counts (petty cash, FA, etc) that enable better control over company’s assets
  • Motivate and coach staffs under his/her control, and specifically ensure that all junior / new financial employees are correctly and regularly trained and updated on company’s financial and reporting procedures.
  • Other duties related to Finance and accounting department assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience required
  • 5-8 years experience as F&A Manager, preferably in multinational companies
  • Strong organization, tracking, follow-up and analytical skills with the ability to collect, access and report factual data and present logical conclusions.
  • High team spirit. Ability to work well with internal staffs and third parties.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver, result oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to write and speak in English is a must
  • Proficient in Excel is required.

 

RECRUITMENT & TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST “JDB/RTDS

Organization Function

  • Reports to Human Resources Manager

Qualification/General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in human resources functions: talentdevelopment/management, recruitment and training.

Specific Requirements:

  • Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle/maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people
  • Effective communicator, able to sell the job to applicants
  • Capability to identifying, analyzing as well as organizing the training program in all level
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing training initiatives in all level
  • Strong coaching, talent management and facilitation
  • Extensive experience conducting training and coaching program/courses would be an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Liaise with line managers to ensure full understanding of their requirements and preferences
  • Determine position responsibilities as well as the experience and abilities of the candidates
  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally, use of online recruitment, headhunters or referral system
  • Work closely with HR Manager to deliver recruitment needs
  • Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process: screen and route CVs, schedule interviews, conduct competency-based interviews, recommend qualified candidates for further interview, references checks, present offers, secure acceptance and make rejection calls
  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment material for better recruitment system
  • Overseeing the recording and tracking of job applications

Talent Development:

  • Plan, execute, evaluate, analyze and update training development programs to improve employees’ competencies and performance
  • Develops effective source of qualified talents for all business units
  • Develops internal individual talent training development plan
  • Work closely with HR Manager to develope systems/approaches, tools and communications for talent management initiatives (i.e. leadership development, coaching process, etc).
  • Being involved in supporting the planning of learning and development activities to meet organization needs and analyze progress against the overall talent development strategy
  • Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of talent management and training systems/programs

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE “JDB/CSR

Kualifikasi / Persyaratan Umum:

  • Diutamakan lulusan Perguruan Tinggi (Sarjana atau D3/sederajat) dari universitas terbaik
  • LAKI-LAKI, lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Call Center Kartu Kredit atau sebagai Customer Service pada perusahaan telekomunikasi
  • Memiliki keterampilan mengetik yang sangat baik dan cepat (good typing skill)
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang teknologi dan internet
  • Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam bisnis/usaha penjualan/pemasaran dan/atau memiliki pengalaman dalam menjalankan bisnis/usaha pribadi

Persyaratan Khusus:

  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan jadwal yang ketat untuk memenuhi deadline
  • Memiliki jiwa melayani (sense of service) yang kuat

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in assisting of the preparation of correct and timely monthly financial statements and analysis according to generally accounting principles andTokobagus process and procedures.
  • To ensure that Inter-Company transactions are recorded properly and all related documents are issued/ received.
  • To check vendors’ invoices and their supporting documents before processing for payments.
  • To input/ record vendors’ invoices for payments.
  • To work with other people in the same department/ other department to ensure that all costs are properly booked.
  • Responsible for managing Petty Cash
  • To record and maintain reports on all Petty Cash related transactions and do regular physical cash count according to accounting procedures.
  • To file all supporting documents systematically.
  • To assist in preparing all necessary reports and schedule for statutory/ tax reporting.
  • To highlight to Management any lapses and violations to the internal control, policies and procedures
  • Other duties related to Finance and accounting department assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a reputable university majoring in accountancy
  • 2 – 4 years accounting/finance experience, preferably in multinational companies
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory, organization, tracking, follow-up and analytical skills with the ability to collect, access and report factual data and present logical conclusions.
