PT AQUA Golden Mississippi didirikan pada tahun 1973 oleh Tirto Utomo, sebagai produsen pelopor air minum dalam kemasan di Indonesia. Pabrik pertama didirikan di Bekasi. PERSONAL ASSISTANT (CONTRACT BASED)

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the dairy and email account

Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments

Ensure busy diary commitments, paper, and travel arrangements are manage effectively

Conduct weekly diary meetings with the boss to discuss upcoming engagements, invitation, and other request

Coordinate travel and accomodation requirements in connection with others

Keep and maintaining an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the boss

Minute general meetings as required

Keep and retrieve files

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating application of Management Tools and Guidelines such as: Business Process, Policy, SOP, KPI, for Corporate Secretary Division to ensure proper work process
  • Formulate Project’s Strategy, Plan Budget and KPI, and approved by Corporate Secretary VP to ensure proper project management
  • Assemblea team to carry the project and approved by Corporate Secretary VP to ensure delivery
  • Work according to applied relevant policies, guidelines, and tools to ensure standardisation and compliance
  • Produce regular report
  • Responsible for project success and team performance
  • Responsible for handover and knowledge transfer to relevant teams after project completed to ensure implementation
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities

Design Economic Development/ Livelihood Program and communication startegy for program implementation program based on CSR program Grand Design for the surrounding area of AQUA’s business operations to ensure effective implementation

Develop mechanism, guidance and tools for implementation, monitoring and evaluation to ensure standardisation according to international, national and any applied standards in Livelihood to ensure effective implementation

Implement project management system & tools (incl. project information management) for project design review purpose

Align local projects with national projects to ensure integration and synergy

Develop regional program with regional coordinator to ensure synergy

Manage program budget to ensure compliance

Ensure knowledge sharing is done by program partner & CSR teams for local level, and done by program partners & consultant for national level, that is targeted to AQUA employees, communities, civil society, local government, and other relevant stakeholders

Empower CSR teams, AQUA employees, communities, civil society, implementing partners, local government, and other relevant stakeholders through capacity building

Promote multi stakeholders partnership in implementation to create better synergy and result

Provide technical feedback and approval on sustainable design of project activities as well as participate in preparing project documents related to Livelihood program to ensure effective implementation

Supervise and develop Project Officer in order to improve personal competencies and program’s performane

Produce regular project reports to key stakeholders

RISK MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

- Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the company

- To work together with business process owners (stakeholders) in identify risk area, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing, and estimating the risks affecting the business and also defining the mitigating plans

- Follow up and document the progress of each risk mitigation plans regularly

- Responsible to manage all the risk management related annual schedules and events for the organization

- Providing support, education, and training to other employee to build risk awareness within the company

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Auditor.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
